A distressed property is not your typical residential home. Sometimes it takes a few extra steps to ensure that the property attracts the right kind of buyers. The property can be in the best neighborhood and appear on the MLS, but by themselves doesn't guarantee buyer interest. As an experienced REO broker, I know that it's not only important to price the property right, but have strategies that attract the correct audience and doesn't go under contract with a buyer unfit to purchase.
